Feats & Qualifications: Besides being a Koizumi (and almost a dojo head at that!), Yuuki has a talent for fighting even if they don't enjoy it. Rank position is requested to be able to give orders as a medic and not have most of the Division just scoff.
Extra Notes: The 4th was in desperate need for a combat medic. You just happened to get a smug one.
