Feats & Qualifications: Given his last promotion Tento has gone and done a lot. A bit of failures and successes for the Gotei and personally for himself in general. In addition to some fun threads with some significance I believe

- his kido and Zanjustu has reached another level greatly in comparison to before. In addition. He is currently studying knowledge with a hit of Hannah's aid to broaden his knowledge by reading Nine Min Manual.
- finally unlocked his zanpakuto name and even mastered its shikai
- learned and completed a fire based Saisenkō
- physical capabilities have gotten more development through training and encounters, one of which was a spar against his 3rd seat in which he managed to win.
- he has drastically and quickly developed his vizards powers. Gaining exposure to techniques of his inner hollow, as well gaining a timing bit better control/understanding than he had when he was 10th seat initially
- has had a few more missions/ threads playing cooperative roles with other Division seats for investigating, hollow purification, and general writing. Also tried help build up 4th division reputation by going to other divisions for interactions as well in participation in events such as Fight Night (some finished some not rn) still and the different acts in Africantropshe. In addition work as a team with Moe and Rio in a spar against Captain Nagoshi to give a show of the division's pride and might

Extra Notes: Was communicated that Tento was due for a promotion due to ic stuff. Was told 5th seat would be approved in the opinion of 4th Division's Captains player. (With the timeline of his threads i figured this wouldn't be a thing until after the event is done but figured I would put it here if he survives his fights o3o. )
