Invincible Reversal [Shishiyuki, Makoto]

It was quite impressive, how that question managed to both ground Shishiyuki and only further push her forward. It had taken her out of the reverie that she had built up for herself, but it had only reminded her that she was quite genuinely attracted to the woman before her, that she appreciated her presence in her life.

"I am certain, Makoto."

She blushed as she said that, her expression growing a bit more shy as she glanced away briefly. She certainly didn't mind the situation, and she would not have ever lied to Makoto about that. If anything, it was the fact that it was said so honestly that made Shishiyuki feel this way.

Makoto wasn't against it, curious really as to what it'd be like with someone that meant so much to her. There were a couple of things though, Kokoro told her about how important communication was and that she should talk about these things which is why she tried to avoid creating a similar situation when she saw her upon returning to Shishiyuki and admittedly she kissed her a lot less reserved than a person might for a first kiss experience.

"How far do you want to go? What do you want to do?"

They had said they'd take it slow, it made her wonder herself if it was time to ignore that and put it aside. Let it serve its purpose and see where that went, if that was the case though Makoto wanted to feel like she'd talked about it beforehand like her new third seat suggested.

It did make her wonder though. What exactly did Shishiyuki want to do?

It was actually rather difficult to answer the question Makoto had posed to Shishiyuki, and she took a moment to really consider it. She would not, by any means, ignore such a genuinely important question, and she touched her forehead to Makoto's as she considered it. It was a gesture of intimacy, but not one of overt forwardness.

"I would be lying if I said that I knew exactly. But we have agreed to move slowly, and I would never think to break that agreement. I think it would be good to move slowly in this, as well. If that is alright with you."

She did not want to seem as though she was controlling this relationship, as if Makoto's own opinion on things did not matter. If this was still too quickly for her, then Shishiyuki was all too willing to hold off on these matters. That was what one did in a relationship, yes?

If the scent of almonds was on her nose before, now she was breathing it and Makoto kept her eyes closed thoughtfully while she got the response to her question. A little bit of silence while she opened her red eyes again to look at those onyx eyes that she could get lost in if she wasn't so keenly focused in this moment.

"I want to go as far as you'd like to go and as slow as you need. I'm a little shy about it though, I've never been with a girl and it does make me a little heavy to know I'd be your first."

Every intimate action she did, she knew it was the first. The one that she'd remember the most potentially, it made her a little tight in the chest. What if she was awful at it? She knew that Kokoro reminded her that she was with Shishiyuki because she wanted to be and vice-versa, it was how that was when they talked about it. Shishiyuki was the one that said how she felt first and they went from there.

Shishiyuki wasn't sure how to take an answer like that, at least not right away. It felt as though these things always seemed to return to her, though she supposed, to be fair, that she always then thought about Makoto. Her lips curled upward just a touch more before she spoke, her voice gentle and clearly affectionate.

"Then I think it would be best if we moved forward slowly, and stopped as soon as either of us decides we are not ready for anything more. Simply tell me if you feel unready, yes?"

It wasn't a statement of mistrust or doubt in Makoto as a partner, and her tone made that clear. It was, rather, a simple reassurance that she did care deeply about Makoto's own readiness for all of this. Shishiyuki herself was not even certain how much of this she was truly ready for, but she was not willing to simply think on it. She wished to learn that with Makoto.

"Mhm."

She agreed with that, it sounded about right and the best way that they could approach it. Despite the agreement she pulled back for a moment, reaching up to begin to pull on the ribbon in her hair and let it fall down in a cascade of silvery white behind her. Well, if they were going to do this then she thought the first thing that she should do was reposition herself.

A moment later and she shuffled over to sit in the raven haired woman's lap, straddling her while reaching up to put her hands behind Shishiyuki's head and through her hair.

"Ready?"

She asked for that extra bit of confirmation which if she got then Makoto would lean in to kissing her. A little unsure of herself.

Well, she had expected herself to be ready, but admittedly, Shishiyuki had not exactly been ready for this. She took a moment to let her own hair down as well, not that it was held up quite so tightly as Makoto's. She nodded in response to her query, and as their lips met, Shishiyuki took a moment to really think of what she ought to do from here.

Her hands moved with slowly, but with purpose, gently moving through Makoto's hair and down her back. Was this acceptable? She knew that she ought not ask herself that of every action, that Makoto would certainly stop her if she pushed too far, and that this wasn't any further than they had already gone before, but she still could not help but worry about those sorts of things.

Ultimately, despite herself, she did not push for much. She was rather unsure as well, though her hands did slowly move to Makoto's waist. Where to go from there? Perhaps she could stay there for a bit.

The touch admittedly surprised her which made her recoil a little bit in her spot from surprise but it was not uncomfortable, just a little startling since she was so tense about trying to do everything correctly and if anything the hands resting on her waist were actually quite comforting in making her feel more confident and kiss her a bit more confidently.

Hands leaving her girlfriend's head and hair now that she was a bit more sure of herself to echo the actions and move her hands to rest on Shishiyuki's waist and hold her firmly. A little bit more than resting to keep a hold on her and adjust her spot in the lap.

"Still okay?"

She asked with a brief pause in the kissing.

Shishiyuki paused at the slight recoil, though she could certainly tell that her actions had been well-received. If anything, the positive response was enough to push her forward, as well, and she nodded with a bit more confidence than she would have expected as Makoto paused to ask if it was alright.

"I am, yes. You?"

Her hands still wandered, though not near as quickly. Confident, certainly, but clearly waiting for Makoto's approval before they moved any further. There was an undeniable desire to simply know her body, to be closer with her. It was something Shishiyuki felt almost strange about, but she continued to remind herself that this was something most would call wholly normal.

"Yes."

She affirmed before returning to kissing her and trying to plan but her mind was empty or too full, which was having the same effect. So many things were clashing to tell her body what to do and that was just causing her dissonance and not allowing anything to happen. Would she just sit here and do nothing then but what she was doing? Expect Shishiyuki to have the initiative in this thing which they wanted to do together?

No. She had faith that her girlfriend would tell her if she had overstepped and so Makoto's lips broke away from their kissing session and she planted a kiss on her cheek, not neglecting it. Moving down to plant a couple of kisses on her neck as a small break to catch her breath.
