If you want the position I'm willing to apply for Lieutenant Colonel. You're a higher tier So you'd be the rightful leader if you wanted it

And yeah, I'll probably approve her for Spec Ops Leader. Then, you'll be Lieutenant. If she goes inactive, then your character leads it.

What do you have to offer: Mirja's skill in the art of Hakuda would allow her to be a proficient teacher to anyone who wished to learn her techniques or simply just to train. She can also help with relationships between the new Iron Banner of Vastime and the Vizard Corps, since they are both good guys.
