I'll probably be voting for Mana on the count of her doing a lot of major stuff like becoming the President of The United States, that thread with her and Mana where they made the subrace of Arrancar/Demon and her meeting the new Quincy Leader. It's also nice to see Frost so active with a primary antag as well.

I'mma nominate someone who personally I went toe to fricking toe with and am extraordinarily pleased with. He made a magnificent impression on me and dealt with a captain unlike anything I have seen since I myself was a little new member. Therefore, my vote definitely goes to Reigen held by Dansen. May he walk on warm sands whenever he's not looting body parts from his victims.
