Reasons For Joining: Damien doesn't fit the current Divisiion he is in, he is a far greater use to the position of first response. He is able to actively fight and enjoys these situations far more. Damien is considered a combat expert and would fit into the Eleventh Division the greatest, however he is far to powerful to be anything below a Captain. So the request for a transfer to Third Division Captainacy is up.

♣ REMOVING ZEUS FROM CC ♣

Okay, after speaking with staff about Kyle's sudden decision to make Zeus Captain Commander, we're gonna go ahead and just remove him from that position. This is because he seems too illegitimate in terms of the joke-style of his characters and others felt he wasn't serious enough for the position. I myself always had some nagging feelings that this call didn't sit right and decided to just go with my instincts as well after everyone else in staff felt off about this. And in the future, all Captain Commander approvals MUST go through me before they are offical.

What Do You Have To Offer: Zero's been on many missions fought people like Shadin and Colin Washi and is more than capable enough to reach the last release of his Zanpakutō. Furthermore, he has the skill and understanding to be a captain with being a VC of 2nd division for so long.
