Information: Information on Shinigami movements in soul society is always a valuable commodity. In addition to the possible intelligence gains there is also the desire to make the Gotei 13 exhaust resources in protecting their thinly held territory. As such, Shadow Fall has authorized small scale incursions into Rukongai. The defenses of the interior of Seireitei are well known, and constant research is being done to circumvent them. However, it has been put forth then an invading army may be better served marching on foot through the three hundred and twenty districts. This mission is an attempt to feel out how quickly Shinigami forces are able to react to such a presence.

Primary Task: Gather any information possible about Shinigami movements in Rukongai. Discover the state of the residents and the likelihood of any potential sympathizers.

Extra Task: Any additional chaos that can be achieved during the mission will be rewarded with extra incentives. Any ranking captives that can be acquired will be especially helpful to future Shadow Fall activity in the region.

Yen: The Sixth Circle has authorized money for this mission. For each completed thread involving an attempt to infiltrate soul society you will get 1,000,000 yen. This amount may increase if substantial resistance is met. Diverting a vice captain class officer will result in a 2,000,000 yen bonus. Taking up the valuable time of a full captain of the Gotei 13 will pay a hefty 5,000,000 yen incentive. Of course you have to survive to collect.

Enhanced Weapons: The Third Circle has graciously donated some of their time and extra materials for possible enhancements to existing weapons. This is important to the entire organization and any number of potential upgrades may be available for those who go above and beyond.

New Items: The armory has been made available as a further incentive to exemplary execution of the above mission. Weapons, armor, and utility gear are all options on the table.

Its going to be Styn and Shirou's Arron Deoradh. The action is taking place on the outskirts of Rukongai, a place that would be fairly unlikely to see one shinigami let alone two. As such I'm not really looking for any other protagonists for this thread. As in all cases though, I'm open to a reasonable suggestion at joining in the fun. You might be better off coordinating with me on a different mission if you're looking to make a name for yourself though.
