- Appearance Description: Otomeko is an average girl, but is classified as below healthy weight as despite her slender figure, her frame type was heavier, so she is naturally a mesomorph with a pear shape. That means she can gain weight just as easily as losing them, but the only reason she was skinny was because of her lack of breakfast and lunch in her dietry. Being a pear shape means the weight allocation is more down towards the thighs, which also means her butt is more developed than her breasts. While she is easily startled, she is easily bashful or embarrassed as her blushing sometimes lit up obviously with her fears. Normally, she would wear jeans and t-shirt with sneakers, but due to her allowance, she ends up with her school uniform with no tights to wear under her miniskirt; she is pondering why it has to be that way.

_______She was born as a third child with a pure-blooded father taking care of her. However, she was a bastard child, a child born from her mother's infidelity with another human. Because of that, her mother was disowned by Otomeko's father while her biological father was reported killed in an alleyway by a hollow that looks more human than a monster. Without a court intervention, Otomeko was defaulted into the care of the father. While her eldest brother and older sister receiving training to be Quincy at a young age, Otomeko was constantly sent to afterschool activities and was told to never come back until dinner is on the table for a Gemischt will jinx the training process. Though she was told that she is a Quincy by her siblings, her father neglects her identity by calling her a Gemischt. She has no clear objective as to how she could prove herself to her father, but she believes that if she could find her mother, she could find a way to please her father and prove to him that she is just as much of a Quincy as her siblings.

_______Overtime, she begins to feel that goal is further out of her reach and it slowly becomes her insecurity. Given that she was denied breakfast and lunch everyday, she consistently was going to school with a poor look on her face and a poor mark in her physical examination. While she is low on weight and already was looking miserable, she earned unwanted attention from students that gets worse as she ignores them. She was given free food, but what always gets her attention was when the students called her, "Pocha-chan" like they are calling her fat or a pig after giving her free food. She would not complain that she is given snacks for lunch and breakfast, but what makes her more distant and less trusting of her school is when even the teachers are calling her Pocha-chan as if they thought it is her actual nickname. As she is going to enter high school, she wants to make a good name for herself so she can not be called fat again because her father does not allow her to have breakfast or lunch at his house.

_______One of the most precious moments was when her eldest brother gave her some money to spend on something to eat at the city, but what followed was a nightmare for her shy heart as the moment she was mugged by a homeless man who called her a Yogisha. First she was nabbed into an alleyway by the homeless man and was pinned to the wall. The homeless man recognized her as a daughter of her father and as much of a suspect as her father. The crime he is accusing her was for killing his brother and destroying the livelihood of his and his family, putting them onto the streets. He then dragged her by her hair to see his family, a mother with two boys. "Look at them! Look at their faces! You and your father did this!" He said before he tore her backpack away from her and dumped its content onto the ground, revealing a wallet and books. He took the wallet and held it to Otomeko's face and said, "Say goodbye to this, Yogisha!" He shoved her onto the pavement of the alleyway as the family walked off with the money given to her by her brother. As for Otomeko, she spent an hour curled up on the pavement, traumatized by the expedience of the situation and the loss because of something out of her own control.

_______After the experience, she is back to her life as a starving, neglected bastard child of a cruel father. The only "improvement" so to say was now she keeps seeing things that are not there and hearing things that are not around her; reminding her to keep her head down and keeping her from trying to step it up as she fears what is creeping behind her or was already clinging onto her back like a monkey that will beat down on her for waking it.

_______Throughout her life as a child, she was hardly given any sense of accomplishment as she was more familiar with the feeling of failure than with success; a bastard child whom her father not recognize her as a person and was forbidden by her peers to use the one thing a Quincy must learn, Archery. While her nickname referred her as a pig does not help her self-consciousness, she was black-marked by some people because she was associated with someone who also hates her, her father. With low self-esteem, Otomeko cannot seem to get things right, marking her as an incompetent person as she is likely to fall for tricks, surprises and ambushes while she cannot handle complicated matters. As much as she wanted to relieve herself of that curse, she continuously felt that she is slowly being further away from her goal. It is likely that for her to improve as a person, she needs something to do that for her.

_______Because of the amount of abuse she received, she developed a form of schizophrenia that is hard for her to identify since she cannot tell the difference between real and imagination. She would typically see things that are not there or hear things that are not around her when she is getting excited, but when relaxed, she does not experience such delusions. It is common for an episode of her schizophrenia would appear harmless, but what is common can turn dangerous when if present, the harmless delusions can put her in danger, which another reason behind her incompetence. The signs of her experiencing a delusion is when she starts looking at the general direction off course or is responding to something that was not calling out for her. When it becomes strong enough of a presence or something is at stake for her, she would follow it, even into danger because she would likely not see the danger if the delusion is coming off fine.

_______The things she likes are food, friendship, being helpful and having self-worth through the proving grounds. When it comes to food, she only has a snack for breakfast and lunch and when it is time for dinner, it is something savoring and yet she prefers to have some happiness with her meals. She hardly has real friends due to her inability to feel confident enough to make some and the students who claimed to be her friend are merely trying to make themselves look good for those who are actually looking for her; so having a real friend who would watch out for her and help her through her troubles would cause Otomeko to open up a bit instead of being shy. After being so withdrawn from activities due to her incompetence, she was afraid to do anything that would make the situation worse for herself and those she cares about like her father and her siblings, but secretly, she wants to be more useful for something, so she wants to strive to be helpful to someone. If for once that things are going better for her and she did it on her own, she would relish on the feeling that she proven herself to have some value in her life, but that can also amplify her vulnerability to a revelation that her value are falsified and that would destroy her entire view of her own worth.

_______The things she dislikes are being blamed, any falsehood, her father, and not having an identity. When it comes to being blamed for the action of her family,she always assumed that she is taking the hit, because she is weaker than her father and with her father not caring about her, she is easy prey; while she is unaware of what her father or her siblings did, she continues to have some ounce of care for them and she is afraid that eventually, she ends up killed without anyone mourning for her. It is a constant carousel for Otomeko as she was lied to and for various reasons; she was even tricked before, but due to her inability to tell whether or not the person is lying, she keeps falling for the lies. As much as she cares about her father, she does not like him as well because of how he does not recognize her as a person and even treat her like she does not belong in the family; perhaps if she prove herself, her father will accept her and everything will be dandy...right? Her name was given by her Quincy father, which means nothing the moment she learned of its meaning as she could be any girl, so as much she could be identified as Otomeko, which to her is a double slap across the face as she is also called a child, she longs for a proper name and hopes her mother would tell her about her real name.

Bilingually Literate: Despite her shyness, she is capable of reading and understand things in both Japanese and English, allowing her to get in touch with literature and stories that spans among Japanese and Western cultures. However, her shyness and inability to handle social circumstances leave her with her habit of jumbling her thoughts and say things that are not meant to be said. If she was a diplomat, she would cause a war in a single minute due to her unfamiliarity with social customs of different cultures.

Clumsy Archer: She was trying to learn what the Quincy would learn, but due to her inability to cope with her own issues, she continuously being a danger among her peer, so she is only allowed to practice with one supervisor on field and no one else is allowed at the field. This leads to a clash with her peers that forced the club leader to ban her from the Archery Club and from learning it. Because of that incident, she thought to herself to be nothing more than a problem and cannot continue to practice it.

Overall Incompetence: She is not strong, quick, hard, agile, willing, and more. This makes her very likely to succumb to obstacles and adversity at a basic level. Due to her mental, social and physical abuse, she felt she cannot do anything right and that thought makes her even more likely to fail at a task. Spiritually, her high degree of self-neglect left her spirit in poor health, thus in order for her to acquire Quincy abilities, she has to revive her spiritual well-being and nurture it; otherwise, she is powerless.
