Designating a few people to actually help the newer people out would be epic. In terms of balancing and making applications usually the newer people are little on the underwhelming side, with a person working side by side with them it would be easier for them to make an application that will actually get them a nice starting app with a sort of route to actually build their character toward. This is just my two cents and all.
