Obtained From: After the Memory Rosaries passed back into the realm of existence, they created a tool for Neviah to use. As the legacy of the Memory Rosaries, Blood Queen created into a red jewel, that was then latched at the top by Mirokumaru, and Kaizaken infuses the white ribbon that makes the total item a necklace. The necklace holds some of the abilities of the late Zanpaktous and Memory Rosaries, and was passed onto Neviah for her protection.
Notes:

The Artifact of the Rosaries contains some of the abilities and power of the Memory Rosaries that Neviah is bonded to. The Artifact hold their memories as well as their emotions. This device is so powerful that because Neviah is still weak, she can be controlled by the very artifact if it resonates with a Memory of something important. If this does happen, the Artifact will glow either Red, Gray, or Purple deepening on the Memory it's related to, and Neviahs personality will change to reflect the Memory. The abilities of this Artifact only work when the jewel wishes to activate. Once Neviah accepts the abilities and understands them, shell be able to use them whenever she wishes. Till then, the artifact will work on it's own.

Claire/Blood Queen
- Flicker: From Claire, the Ability Flicker will be available to Neviah:

Flicker is an ability that allows Claire to temporarily displace herself between spaces in dimensions. With this, she will begin to flicker and blink, as though she IS bad reception on a television program, then she will disappear. When she disappears, she will be displaces meaning she's between dimensions. The reason she can do this is because as a Memory Rosary, she originated her form and power between the dimensions of Soul Society and earth. She became comfortable with those realms, and because of it, she attained the ability to do so. Most of the time she uses this ability, she will appear within the same dimension, just in a different area. If so, she has a range of about 1 mile, and anywhere between that 1 mile and her point of origin. If she travels neighboring dimensions, she has the same distance, to travel 1 mile in the new dimension, or anywhere from the point of origin. If she travels any farther than 1 mile, the ability will automatically halt, and she'll appear in her direct location.

- Blood Flux: From Blood Queen, the ability Blood Flux will be available to Neviah:

Blood Flux is an ability that allows Claire to control spilt blood. If there is any blood that has left the body in an open area, Claire is able to control it and manifest it as it no longer belongs to the holder, but now the world. Claire can make the blood sharper or harden for any reason and control it 100%. With this, she can turn droplets into spikes or bullets for impaling her opponent, or she can simply create a shield for protection. She can even use the blood to create a spear and use it to shank her targets. This ability is mainly used to feed Blood Queen the required sacrifices, but was then used as a weapon when possible.

(Note: The only blood that Neviah will be able to control is the blood spilt by her, or her own...)

Ceon/Kaizaken
- Aura of the Shamans: From her Father Ceon, Neviah is granted this Ability:

Aura of the Shamans is one of Ceon's last learned techniques. Like Ceon's signature that he can place into those he loves or into his opponents, it will tell him everything he needs to know about his opponents movements/vitality. He can feel them move through the air, shift the wind, go through water, walk on the earth, and the flames of life in general. If it involves the spirits or the elements in anyway, Ceon can feel it and sense it. With Aura of the Shamans and his martial arts/weapon masteries, he is without a doubt a deadly weapon and can even fight multiple enemies at once without a problem...
The powers within this aura are: Life within the Flames, Slicing of the Wind, Flow of Water, Shifting of Earth, and Rupture of Spark. The Life within Flames tells Ceon about the life forms around him. It will tell him either if they are alive, dead, or almost dead giving him a reading on their status within the battle. It works on friendly and non-friendly targets. The Slicing of Wind tells Ceon what he wishes to know about the alterations within pressure and atmosphere. If someone is flying/moving within the open air, Ceon can read it and perfectly. The Shifting of Earth is the same as it reads what is causing movement on the earth and below it. The Flow of water reads movement and condensing/expanding of water molecules. The air has water within it, so it works perfectly with slicing of air, and as well as reads the shifting of water, and finally the Rupture of Spark is an effect that takes time. When Aura of the Shamans takes effect, it will slowly absorb the elements around him pertaining to fire, water, earth, air, and ect. After a while, the aura will change colors around Ceon and shift to a predominant color pertaining to it's element, till it reaches yellow. Once the Aura glows yellow, Ceon will now hold a personal nuke to which causes an AoE effect and shoots outward. The effect of the damage can alter between fire, water, air, earth, lightning, or a mix/different ratio of each. To activate it merely takes seconds, but to use Rupture of Spark takes a while to put into effect.

- Disperse: From Kaizaken, he granted this ability to Neviah:

When activated he gains 5 clones with exactly the same energy and everything but different weapons. The Clones have the same knowledge, power, stamina, speed, strength, and vitality of Ceon. The only way the Clones are removed are from fatal attacks like Stabbing the heart, blunt trauma, and anything that will end a life. Each clone is created with a weapon of Ceon's choosing. The weapon selections are:
2 Wakizashi's
Butterfly Katana
Bo Staff
Addition Supply of Kunai [+200 Count]
Bare handed
It's like facing 6 Ceon's all together. He also has a few abilities with this. He can kill off a clone and remake one in a heart beat. When remaking another clone, he can make it reappear anywhere, but the further it is, the more energy he expels summoning it. He also has a life transfer ability that moves his life. If Ceon is in threat of death or danger, his life can be transferred to another clone and he'll become the the Real Ceon. All clones can do the same abilities except make more clones. This ability is called Substitution.

(Note: The Clones will appear as Ceon, not Neviah. Also, Neviah cannot use Substitution, only the clones can.)

Senna/Mirokumaru
- Never Ending Cycle: From Senna, she gave this ability for her daughter to harness:

Never Ending Cycle is an ability of rebirth. If Senna's life is ever taken from her in any way, her life will be reborn and she will reappear at a different place and time unknown to anyone but the cycle prediction. This is the ability that was granted to the Memory Rosaries that gave them a life beyond life, allowing them to return into reality to continue their mission to become whole. The amount of years is unknown but was different for each Memory Rosary. While Ceon usually appeared every 6 months after death, Senna would appear every 2 years, and Claire would appear every 5 years. The cycle is not scaled, but would return them without memories of their pasts and with their last known powers.

(NOTE: For Neviah, it will return her every 4 weeks, and only remove her memories of the fight and being killed. She will regain all abilities and memories otherwise.)

- Maitreya Circle: From Mirokumaru, the Zanpaktou of Senna, he granted this ability to Neviah:

The Maitreya Circle was a cycle that allowed Senna the "Combo that never ends" as a free from of her techniques. When Senna activates this ability, her damage is doubled and the effect of each hit takes place twice, as when Senna attacks from this mode, she is followed up by 5 alter images of herself doing the same ability, so in actuality, one hit turns into 5 with double the power. This effect lasts up to an hour and can only be used on Senna, not transferring it's potential to any other individual.

If this is an actual ability from Claire, then I'ma go deny her app. You can't control EVERY bit of spilled blood, that's major godmod. Now, if you edit it to say whatever blood Claire spills, then go for it.
