Send a letter for once, huh?

Calypso had taken her seat in the bar of her own choice, swinging her feet about as she awaited quietly for the one whom she had summoned; Thankfully she didn't need a mailing address to send Sofia a letter, merely time to write to her and giving a wish for her to receive it. With how late it was, the young demon was getting somewhat concerned that she wouldn't show up, or rather, that the letter was incinerated by energy rather than actually getting to her.

Despite the ominous nature of the woman's dream, and the rather painful way she forced the demon out, she couldn't help but feel the experience burned into her mind. It was such an immeasurably satisfying, sensual experience... That she felt like ignoring any red flags. If anything, said red flags felt oddly normal, sometimes she wondered how much of the woman's emotions she had unintentionally twisted into her mind within that moment, and if it were good or bad.

She held off on drinking, despite her desires to get wasted, resting her head on the counter as she waited quietly for the Quincy. She stared at the door wistfully, singing random songs under her breath, and reflecting on her own feelings. The current roars of war had really taken a number on the young one's mind; she wasn't sure if she was ready for such experiences, and.. Now.. She...

No. No. Tonight was to take her mind off of everything. Everything. Absolutely, everything... Just for one night..

She never arrived neither too early nor too late; Sofia was always in at the best time. Her outfit this time around was far less casual than she would have worn on a day to day basis in the real world. It was just a simple blue summer skirt that went to just about mid thigh length, and silky white top. It was neither extravagant nor too simple. This had the effect of not bringing every set of eyes on her when she walked in. There far more women around dressing far more scandalous, and at least a few could come to compare to Sofia in terms of perceived physical attractiveness. As was expected, the Quincy showed no signs of possessing or carrying any weapons on her person.

“I suppose I didn’t keep you waiting for too long, did I?” asked the lady as she took a seat right next to the Demon.

A part of her wanted to smack her rear, maybe grope her thigh and do a few other things that would have gotten them kicked out in a hurry. But alas, better judgement managed to come out victorious, even if its frequent presence was sorely missed. With a wave of her hand she called the nearest bartender, who wasted no time to come to their aid...either because they were two girls on their own or because their cleavage looked like they could bring a dead man to life.

“A mojito for me, as for my friend here,” she started as she turned to Caly, waiting for her to finish her sentence.

The young one had her head tipped down, hands on her thighs as she continued to wait for the Quincy whom had left their last interaction with an air of ominousness. Calypso’s head was far too foggy from the experience to really remember exact details, she just knew that she needed to see her again. She hummed, thought some dark things, refused a few advances by random lads within the room, til she heard the chair next to her be seated by another being. Her gaze lightened up as she saw it was, luckily enough, Sofia.

“N-no! Not at all!” She strongly assured, smiling softly. She sensed Sofia’s… Scandalous desires, underneath such a cute face, which was a bit puzzling to the girl, but she was far happier to be in company of someone she felt strangely fine with. She felt like it was some weird connection or something, she just felt comfortable towards her.

She watched as the woman immediately took initiative and ordered a drink, Calypso confused for mere moments of why she trailed off, but realized quickly that she meant that she was to order too, “Oh! Uhm.. Just, surprise me for right now, something popular or the like.”

She nodded dismissing the tender, looking to Sofia, “So uhm, hey! How have you been doing? Also don’t worry about paying for the drinks, I have that completely handled.”

With an air of gentleness but class, Sofia used the index finger on her left hand and let it rest underneath Caly’s chin. She used it to motion her face and her gaze away from the bartender and towards the Quincy.

“What do you think, Keith,” she asked while reading the name tag of the bartender.

“These plump lips of hers, I’d say that merits a Cosmopolitan,” she said before getting closer and closer until their lips barely grazed against one another but without finalizing the kiss.

“Wouldn’t you say?”

The barkeep had seemingly stopped listening for a while now. His hands were gripping the mixing cup so hard that had it not been quality material it would have been shattered to pieces. There was no shortage of ideas as to what he could have possibly been thinking about. Sofia could take a guess as to a handful of those thoughts, and she liked every single one of them. Once he noticed the obvious the bartender regained his composure, or tried to. With an enthusiastic Yes, he rushed off to make their drinks.

“I have a pretty good feeling you won’t have to pay for any drinks tonight, but thank you for the treat, lovely.”

The demon was a bit confused as Sof put a finger underneath her chin, her confusion only becoming more obvious on her soft features as the Quincy urged her head to move to face her, and spoke to the bartender about what he thought. What he thought? About what? But such a thing would be quickly answered as a blush developed on her face, mild shock as Sofia went in to a “kiss”, only to give her a tease and back off before anything like that happened. Caly’s head dipped in embarrassment, covering her face as a brilliant shining blush glimmered around her eyes, trying to hold in the desire to laugh.

“J-jeeze, do you always sexually excite guys into giving you free drinks or something?” She kept her voice low as she was still trying to stifle her nervous excitement, “I-I would have been fine to pay for it..”

She soon sat up straight, and cleared her throat, resting a hand on her chest. She laughed gently as she placed a hand on Sofia’s shoulder, giving her a cute smile, “Well, it’s nice to see you again, what have you been up to since we last saw each other..? Speaking of.. Ah man, that was so weird, yknow, I usually remember what happens in other people’s dreams, but anytime I try to think back to it my head gets kinda fuzzy. Must’ve been too fun, huh?”

“Hey now,” she said to Caly while smiling at the bartender getting ready to make their drinks.

“I didn’t say you didn’t have to pay, I said I had a pretty good feeling you won’t have.”

With that she placed the palm of her left hand under the counter and over her friend’s thigh, whether it had been bare if she was wearing a short skirt or shorter shorts, or whatever fabric in the case of pants. Neither would have stopped the momentary grope and the whiplash sensual touch that would follow right into her friend’s nether region, though it was momentary at best. From there Sofia would act if that had not happened at all, and would likely dismiss it for most of the night, for better or worse…

“So say, now that we’re a bit more comfortable, what do you usually get off to when you’re not barging into people’s dreams.”

“Though I have to say, nice power. I’d like to learn a little more about it sooner or later.”

She was genuinely interested in Caly as a person, though she was also interested in the source and details of her power. It was certainly unique so there was no chance of replicating it. But still, Sofia always had the means of using her imagination and her creativity to make wondrous things from the uniqueness she saw around the world. At that point though, the Quincy would finally take a closer look at whatever outfit Caly had chosen. Perhaps there was more to it than met the eye, or more than her eyes could meet with, for lack of a better word.

The young demon giggled nervously, as she sighed and rubbed the back of her head at the correction. The sentiment in itself was freaking embarrassing, though. Her awkwardness dimmed down as she retained a mild smile on her face, looking at the rather beautiful woman in a very nice dress. Caly sort of wished in certain trains of thought that she was able to have a wardrobe, but her body would just tear apart even the prettiest of dresses. It saddened her, and thus her body just crafts clothing from itself, and it’s the same thing over and over. Just that trenchcoat with a scarf and skirt look…

Speaking of skirts, she thought she felt something come under and touch.. Her… No, that couldn’t be right. Several eyes opened along the arm facing Sofia, eyeing her cautiously and curiously, quickly vanishing if the woman were to pull her attention to them. She was sure her nethers were just touched, but.. She was pretty tired and mentally disordered lately, it’s entirely possible she could have imagined it..

“Oh? What do I do? Well, I..” Her expression seemed dark for a moment, as if it loosed a bad memory to the forefront, her features even seeming to pale for a moment, before quickly returning to normal as she smiled, “Oh yknow, just helping people, eating candy, enjoying nature, stuff like that!”

Her head tipped to the side as Sof asked about her little dream visiting power, as she thought of how to even respond to that, “Oh, well.. Huh…” Caly tapped her chin as she tried to figure out how to describe it, “Well, what I understand is, i’m the Danava of Dreams and Nightmares, right? That’s my concept, and I need to feed off mental energy to like, keep regular and stuff, so like.. Maybe it’s just something that needs me to be able to enter other people’s dreams? I dunno, I don’t totally understand it myself.”

She was a bit perplexed as to why Sof didn’t mention the dream very much, but she was just happy that she was here and talking to her.

“Sounds like a pretty carefree lifestyle. Definitely devoid of the drama, and the killing, and the blood that other people see so commonly here.”

With that the bartender brought them both her drinks. Sofia’s was a light green with the little leaf inside as intended. Caly’s was a huge glass that could almost resemble a small bowl with a beautiful velvet red drink as it was meant to. Keith seemed to wait, either for their words, their cash or something else entirely. Sofia simply replied with a soft kiss that was blown his way, alongside a subtle biting of her plump lower lips. Poor guy had no idea that despite whatever his mind was engineering, the only place he’d get to bed the Quincy would be in his dreams; but that was neither here nor there.

“You know, I could probably give you a bunch of outfits that’d fit you well,” she said before taking a sip of her drink.

“I know you have some peculiar powers, but I also have the means to make some rather peculiar things, so I could certainly make a special set of outfits for a special kind of girl.”

The woman was no stranger to mechanical and spiritual energy engineering, especially with the use of reishi. If for some reason regular outfits could not do, she was certainly up to the challenge of creating outfits Caly could wear. Some that perhaps enhanced her figure a little more. Ideally some that would showcase the persona she didn’t display too often or the skin she didn’t present all that frequently as well. It was clear the girl wasn’t used to being ostentatious or feeling beautiful, but that too was something Sofia could help with, and with ease.

“Yeah..”
Flashes of blood, broken bodies, screaming, crying, and terrorism flashed in her mind as the only evidence of her disturbed mind was a slight shiver,
“Carefree.”

She held her left arm, perking up when their drinks were finally passed out, Calypso momentarily entranced by how pretty it was. Typically she just drank whatever swill would make her feel like she was in wonderland, or mixed a fuckton of strong drinks to achieve that result faster, but, this was actually the prettiest drink she’s ever seen. What the heck. She lifted the drink up to her mouth, taking a sip as she heard Sofia offer to give, or even make outfits for her. She almost choked on her drink from surprise of such a gesture, swallowing and huffing quietly as she placed it down.

“I… Don’t think that would work out too well..” She casually grabbed a cloth napkin off the table, looking to the clearly disappointed tender, quickly swiping a 20 out of her pocket, and whispering something into her palm that sounded like “Iwishthiswasinhispocket”, and she hid her hand as soon as a quick flash of purple energy was introduced to it, “My body.. Doesn’t really like being covered like that,” She proceeded to wrap the napkin around her arm, the sounds soft of growling and whining already coming from that spot, “So anytime I try to leave something covering it that wraps around it and that it doesnt like, it just…”

A loud tearing noise rung out as her arm was momentarily misshapen and contorted, spiked darkness full of angered eyes, that was just previously a normal arm utterly destroyed and lashed away the fabric, before shrinking back into how it was before,

“Clothing is pretty much a no-go. I try to copy what I see with my body, but it’s hard to get new outfits right.”

“From what you said it sounds like, unless you deliberately chose to lie to me,” she mentioned while taking a sip of her mojito, eyes locked on hers.

She watched attentively at the display of energy that happened as the bartender walked away. There would be no comment on it, but it was interesting nonetheless. Of far more interest to her though was Caly’s next set of words and the visual cues she presented as to why clothing could pose a challenge. Rather than being off put or feeling defeated, Sofia showed quite the contrary. Her eyes lit up with visible excitement; the sort you saw when finding money or hooker alive under the bed. She made sure it was even more noticeable as she produced a smile that would precede her statement.

“Perfect. That means I’ll actually enjoy it. I love a good challenge, and I have no intention of losing.”

“That is of course, assuming you’re actually okay with this. Would you like me to try?”

The Quincy loved challenges, and she hardly let up on them until she was victorious, sooner or later. There were a number of ways she could go about to try and create a sort of fabric that would mesh well with whatever rebellious attitude her form seemed to represent. Perhaps it would only take a sample from her being, or maybe just a sample off her energy. She could brute force it with reishi by trying to overpower the instincts that made whatever fought against it tire out. Although a bit more complex, there was an option that seemed far more interesting to her. By studying the makeup of her unique spiritual footprint, she could find the right energy combination that her form and spirit craved. It wouldn’t take long to create or mold reishi into such a form and embedded into a weaving pattern of her choosing. In turn this would cause the item to filter energy from around the surroundings, and for her rebellious body to feed on it as a fat kid with cake. It would keep it happy and it would make wearing an outfit possible.

“So, what do you say?”

“After we’re done here, would you like to come with my somewhere more privately? I can probably get a working outfit for you. I promise to try and keep it largely family friendly; for the most part.”
