Shugā is a drug that can be used to accelerate an any person powers. It
is shown to be in a form of a fine powder that is ingested by the user,
simply licking a small amount causes significant effect. For 5 tiers it
will boost it up to 4-1 tier, for 4 tiers it will boost it to 3-1, for 2
tiers it will boost their power to 1-3, for 1 tiers it will boost it to
0-5 at the max and for most 0 tier users it will only go up one level
with enhanced skill sets. The effects can last for ten post until the
user's high is worn down. After that, they cannot ingest it for another
twenty post unless they risk over dosing and dying. Abusing this drug
too much has also been linked to mental disorders, hallucination,
weakening of the body when not using the drug and terrible relapse after
becoming addicted to it.
