DENIED

A 1-1+ should NOT have so many captain-level minions.

1. Death Cannon: The signature weapon of the Death Jesters, their "Death Cannons" are both a long range and close range weapon. For their ranged attack, the Death Cannon charges reiatsu and then releases a large crimson beam of energy, equivalent to a Gran Rey Cero. The close range attack is to actually use the cannon as a scythe; its second purpose. With this, they are able to fight close up, and can even follow a close range slash with a shot from the cannon. Though there is no "release", these Death Cannons can be compared to an Arrancar's Zanpakuto.

Gran Rey-level? Nope.

Because Agito is an advisor, it would take an admin to un-approve this app, going by the chain of command. If you have a problem with it, you must take it up with an admin, not move it yourself. Because you have disregarded the chain of command and the rules, you denial is invalid, and any attempts to attempt this again will be brought up to the Admins.
