Personality:

Ciel is one of the more quiet hollows. If he's within a group of Gillians and most of the them happens to scream, he'd be one of the few who doesn't but just stands quiet and watches what's going on in front of him. However, he will somehow end up crying out a standard Gillian roar if it's deemed necessary for purposes. He is also relatively smart compared to a normal Gillian. Rather than being outrageously stupid enough to believe what they hear, he's the one to actually consider what he's doing.

Often times, his hollow instincts gets the better of himself. It is inevitable to any of the existing hollows who are yet to be an arrancar, especially a Menos Grande. When his hollow instincts kick in, he is unable to think right and thirsts for more blodo around him. He tries to resist it but it is just impossible for him to get rid of this sudden blood thirstiness that happens. He considers cannibalism disgusting but it must be carried out to become stronger. His intelligence constantly grows as the time flies by like a breeze. This may be due to the fact that he was a very quiet child when he was alive before he died. He holds a very simple but amazing philosophical view that he created;

"There is no such thing as the strongest or the weakest - just the stronger or the weaker."

This proves that he's actually quite smart and has valuable point of views. However, this does not alter the fact that he's a very empty person in general. Sometimes, his childish acts may come into play for comical purposes. He seems to get brutal and loud on his comical side. Ciel is one of the most rarest Gillians, being able to talk albeit very vaguely.

Ciel's aspect of death is Regret; every time he regrets something that he has done whether it is based on his actions or phrases, he will grow stronger by a noticeable amount. Some may even suspect that he is boosted up on 100% of his capability before he actually regrets something.

He holds no particular dislike or hatred toward the Shinigami as they had yet to do something that may have ticked Ciel in any way possible. However, when he has to fight one, he will fight one for himself even including his fellow hollow allies (even barely enemies).


Gillian Appearance:

Cie is a very rare case of a Gillian. Most of the time, this level of the Menos Grande line, they all absolutely look the same. Ciel, however, is a lot more smaller and has a unique mask where his right eye glows in bright purple-blue however it is covered by a black eyepatch. It seems like he has a flat face with some blue marks overlapping it like a child growing up. He also has ribcage-like things around the center of his hollow hole. And horns that protrude from the sides of his head angling out.

This eye comes in to play when he becomes stronger.

Gillian Abilities:

Cero: Ciel is able to shoot out a very powerful purple-blue Cero blast from its mouth even by Gillian standards. This makes it possible for Ciel to fight other Gillians and win against them with a clash of an average Cero. Another unique thing about guy is that he's able to shoot out a separate two from his horns, one on each. He will charge it then bend his body to face the opponent and shoot out two of them at once which is on equal power to the normal Cero he shoots out from the mouth.

Negacion: Ciel is able to use this common Gillian ability. This technique enables him to actually rescue his fellow hollows in the battlefield. It fields the target in a square beam of light that isolates target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the Menos that created the field.

Garganta: Ciel is one of the Gillians who are able to use Garganta and freely travel through realms with ease. He is able to rip the fabric of dimensions around him to create this with relative speed compared to an average Hollow trying to open it.

Banshee Cry: Ciel has his own signature skill even as a Gillian. He is able to roar out a high-pitched version of the standard Gillian cry and cause soundwaves to vibrate the surface and possibly hurt someone's senses of hearing stuff. They're strong enough to overlap relatively large noises in the background. The noise stretches out for a short few miles but the further they are away, the less effective this ability will be. These voices are capable of breaking glasses and the likes, even rocks albeit in a slightly slow process.

Background:

Ciel was just born a normal kid except that he had some special circumstances; his right eye was basically a curse to others' eyes. He detested himself for it at such young age, even he refused to stay closer to other people thinking that there is a possibility that it can hurt them.
