Notes/Comments: The mystery surrounding the leader amuses me, and suits Okabe. Seeing as the Sugiura haven't been around for longer than Shimura, and that Okabe's near her age, it also makes sense. If you don't want this, I'm not too bothered. It'd just seem to work somewhat, in my opinion. XD

Sorry Dai, I'm denying Okabe on reasons previously stated: The Clock Tower's Leader Requires Arrogance. Okabe doesn't scream Kayneth or Cornelius Alba to me, who are basically the prime examples of the high-rankers in the Clock Tower.
