Notes: After looking things over and seeing some minor issues I decided to go ahead and re-evaluate this so that things aren't an issue in the future. Now that it's all good and I've looked over the threads the character has been in and the amount of work put into making this character who he is today(whether it was a while ago or not), I've decided to give a small upgrade to Willpower/Determination as well as tier.
