★ Reason To Be Added: Tsubasa has done much going and becoming the Head Captain, training each Captain in a special way he's really cemented himself as a key player among the big fish and seems to keep a grounded desire of balance, I feel he's earned this right.

Alright, after overviewing both of these claims, I've come to the decision of allowing both Hiro and Tsubasa into the Legacy Claims. I'll be updating this list and the one in the face claim list after I am done posting up this acceptance into the LC's.

★ Reason To Be Added: Sou has impacted the site since the year he was made in 2013, and has been alive ever since. Being apart of the Australia War Arc, and fought many fighters such as Tamari, Yukuri, Ibiki, Dansen, Reigen and just a whole bunch of list that went as far as making him one of the wanted bounty in Karakura City and even trigerred the defense systems. Really, there wouldn't be much of a reason to get a legendary faceclaim for him.

Added Alucard to the listings as he is a major historical character and i do remember awhile ago talks of him belonging to this grouping but never happened for some reason

As a future reminder I do not want staff going through this thread and editing it without my permission, Lionus. This is because I personally go through Legacy Claims and make them based on community feedback, characters who had a major impact on the sites timeline or those FC's who would just plain be weird to see on another character. And being that I am the eldest staff and member, I just don't feel comfortable with anyone else doing this job. Sorry.
