Karakura CentralWhat is the Lux Orior?
Colloquially referred to as "The Order", it is a conglomeration of three separate protagonist organisations all based in Karakura: The Yayjuu, previously an organisation which acted as a haven to ziamichis, fostering them and teaching them how to manage their unique dispositions; the Vizard Corps, which similarly acted as a haven to vizards and fostered them in a way to control their inner hollows and continue pursuing good; and the Vanguard, a group formed to protect the Earth as a whole from the chaos and strife inevitably brought about by the mixing of spiritual and magical beings. Due to their closely aligned goals and similar areas of operation--as well as the organisations having already worked together on multiple occasions--in the face of the everpresent and constantly rising threats of massively powerful antagonist organisations such as K-World and Shadow Fall, leaders of the three organisations came together on a summit to propose a union of their organisations. From there, the Lux Orior was born.
ALLIES»Iron Banner of Vastime:
The King-Militant of Vastime was formerly the leader of the Vanguard, having stepped down from his position to refocus on managing his kingdom. That said, his goals never strayed from what the Vanguard was trying to achieve, and during his simultaneous rule, the two bodies on numerous occasions operated closely together. With the Vanguard being merged into becoming the Lux Orior, as well as a representative of the Order's science division visiting Vastime to officiate their research centres working together, it's no surprise that Vastime is formally listed as one of Lux Orior's allies.» Gotei United:
The Vanguard used to be a sub-division of the Gotei, and though they seceded, many of their goals were still shared, and through numerous events thereon the two often found help in one another. The capacity and willingness to work together extends onto the Lux Orior, and it can be expected that when something goes amiss on Earth, both will work together to rectify the situation where needed.» Iramasha Union:
The goals of the Iramasha Union are to maintain balance in the multiverse, and this especially pertains to Earth, where the balance is most fragile. That said, a part of their mission is to protect the Earth at large, and though they rarely come out save for exceptional crisis, when push comes to shove, the Lux Orior may find help in their strength.» Russian Civil Forces:
similar to Vastime, one of the leaders of Russia was also a leader in the Vanguard, and continues their duties in the Lux Orior. Therefore, the Russian Civil Forces as a matter of course are also allies to the Order; on the occasion that Order operations occur in Russia, considering it's their jurisdiction, things may be left to the Civil Forces; of course, in moments of desperation, naturally Lux Orior and the Russian Civil Forces will come to each other's aid.
NEUTRAL» Suguiran Hierarchy:
The Sugiurans were once considered a force of good, and generally speaking they often cooperated with and aided the protagonist organisations, namely the Iramasha Union and Gotei, therefore by extension the protags on Earth; unfortunately, the Sugiurans have since gone hyper-isolationist, with no word of their presence as an organisation on Earth. Not even their closest allies, the Gotei and Iramasha Union, are aware of what going on with them; therefore, at this time the Sugiurans can only be looked on as a neutral party, subject to change depending on what they do whenever they resurface.» Sueki Army:
A rising faction based in Romania, though they did wrest away a country from Shadow Fall's territoriality protective grasp, it's unknown whether that is in benefit to the Lux Orior's mission. The enemy of their enemy is not always a friend, and it's unclear whether the Sueki Army is even really an enemy to Shadow Fall. All things considered, at best they can be considered a neutral party.» Vandenreich:
The Quincy-based Organisation, strictly open to their fellow quincy, does go against what the Lux Orior pines for. However, they haven't had any transgressions which might deem them an enemy by the Order. As far as the Order is concerned, they're an independent party which does its own thing without infringing on the safety of the Earth, and are therefore considered Neutral.
Considered a slumbering beast, although they haven't been active in quite some time, it's difficult to forget the evils and atrocities K-World and its members have committed across the globe. They may be inactive, but by no means does that mean they aren't a threat to the Earth's safety. Especially considering they are absolutely enemies, if not a nemesis, to the Iramasha Union and Gotei, with the leader of K-World stating that one of its goals is to tear the two organisations down.» Shadow Fall:
The major catalyst for the Lux Orior's formation, and ultimately the archenemy of the Order. The Demon-Arrancar based organisation has been the culprit of innumerable travesties across the Globe, having frequently been the enemy in a number of recent wars, such as the Demon Incursion on Soul Society, the Icelandic War of 2415, and the Moon Invasion of 2416, as well as the organisation which killed the Vanguard's former Commander. For all intents and purposes, Shadow Fall is the Lux Orior's number one enemy.
OBJECTIVES» Territory Defense:
One of Lux Orior's primary objectives is to defend the territories directly under its protection. These areas are its priority, and though the Order aims to protect Earth as a whole, outside of wartime most of its resources are dedicated to protecting and managing these lands.» Maintain Peace:
Lux Orior's number one goal and reason for action and formation is maintaining peace and safety on Earth. The presence of multiple organisations, races, and peoples with different goals has inevitably brought about much chaos and destruction to the planet. In response, the Order aims to prevent as much destruction as possible, maintain peace in the realm, and essentially be a defender of its inhabitants. This extends beyond their own territories, such as if the territory of another organisation was undergoing operations which damaged the planet or abused its denizens, wherein Lux Orior would step in to stop these operations and prevent future ones from arising.» Global Acceptance:
The goals of the Vanguard weren't the only ones inherited. Having also been formed by the Yayjuu and Vizard Corps which both ran with the idea of accepting the various individuals of their focus, ziamichis and vizards, as well as help them control their newfound abilities and foster positive, stable growth, Lux Orior similarly aims to maintain these objectives.» Aid Allies:
Though it goes hand in hand with maintaining Earth's peace, so long as it isn't malicious and detrimental to the safety of the planet and its inhabitants, Lux Orior will also go out of their way to aid their allies on Earth, such as if they suffered any attacks by antagonist organisations or otherwise. Of course, the Order will also be willing to help their allies outside of Earth, but with Earth being the priority, excursions to the other realms are secondary and only done when the Order is capable.
INCENTIVES» All-Accepting Protagonist Organisation:
The Lux Orior is not only one of the largest protag orgs, but also one which accepts people from all walks of life. Of course there are more specifics and not literally just anyone is allowed, but simply speaking, there is no restrictions on race. Whilst the other protag orgs such as Iramasha Union and Gotei are catered to shinigami and iramasha respectively, a variety of races can be found with a multitude of positions and levels of authority within the Order.» Premiere Earth Organisation:
Most other organisations have their base of operations in a different realm; while many do occupy territories on Earth, their main territories are foreign to the planet. Lux Orior is the only organisation on its scale that is based in and fully operates from Earth. That being said, it's appropriately said that their presence on Earth is one of the strongest on the site.» Active Leadership:
All members occupying leadership roles in the Lux Orior are active, and more importantly, active with the characters in the organisation. Furthermore, these members are also willing to RP at all levels, unrestricted to tier or personal power level. If you want to have the chance to have a thread, social or combative, with leaders in the organisation, all you have to do is communicate so with the members. This also means that Lux Orior offers opportunities to grow your individual characters into wherever you want them to go, provided they aren't in opposition to the Order's tenants.» Technologically Advanced:
Considering their base is in Karakura, it's boldly but reasonably said that the Lux Orior is one of the most technologically advanced organisations on site. On top of that, the organisation's Research and Technology Division closely and personally works with many other allies, making it possible to further their expertise. You can expect them to have some of the latest and greatest tech in the PH-verse.

TECHNOLOGY» Lux Orior Badge:
The Order Badge is unique to each member of the Lux Orior but can be distinguished by the distinct crest. It’s required for all members to carry their badge with them at all times. Although the Lux Orior Badge is unique to each individual, its authenticity is blatant and those who attempt to use fake badges will be caught out instantly. The Badge bonds to the Genetic makeup of the individuals who it’s given to; the Badge acts as both identification and uniform as it allows the members to access all levels of the base based on their clearance. Stealing another members badge will be ineffective as the genetic composition of individuals varies so the badge wouldn’t confirm the new wielder as its owner. » Immediate Response Transit System:
The Immediate Response Transit System(IRTS), a system devised by the Research and Development Bureau which generates Waygates between two points in order to get from A to B quicker. The series of teleportation gates were reverse engineered from Shinigami Portals and Modern Technology. Practically, it’s connected to every major state or city around the world allowing fast transport for Vanguard agents and troops.

The Yuudeshi Network was funded by The Yayjuu, The Hashiamatsujiyuu and The Vizard Corps. It is a massive virtual network hosted on one of the many super computers that helps supports the Yuudeshi Towers. STRUCTURE» ORGANISATION STRUCTURE:
Lux Orior's structure is for the most part par for the course as the rest of the organisations from a skeletal perspsective. It has an executive group, and beneath them four sectors with specialisations. The most similar organisation to Lux Orior's structure is likely the Gotei, which has an executive group (1st division), and underneath it several different divisions whose heads (captains) are of equal rank to one another. The sector heads in Lux Orior follow similar format, in that they are the highest authority over their jurisdiction, but to one another, are generally equal in authority. Of course more authority can be more nuanced depending on someone's influence in the organisation, but structurally and positionally speaking, they are equal in power.» EXECUTIVES:
The two executives are at the top of the organisation as the executive, primary authorities. The two executives are of equal authority to one another. As the foremost authorities within Lux Orior, generally what they say go. The only exception is a unanimous decision from sector heads, which can overrule what the executives do, as a means of checks and balances. Additionally, if the dual executives can not come to an agreement, the sector heads are the tiebreaker, with the majority of sector heads supporting whichever one being the winning decision. Executives are nominated by the sector heads, but only with unanimous decision, and a dual head can be removed through the same process. The Executives can also decide the chain of command in their absence, in terms of who actually does speak for them when they are not present. Basically, if the Executives cannot be reached, there must be a temporary stand-in which *can* perform executive decisions. These are not to be confused with secretaries (though an executive can nominate their stand-in).» SECRETARY:
Each Executive can have one assistant/secretary each, which specifically assist them. They have lower authority than sector heads and do not speak for the executives in organisation decision aside from relaying the executive's words and decisions. The leaders can choose their secretary from the sectors or even outsource. Otherwise, they can also sponsor some members in the sectors to do work for them personally without the Sector Head's agreement, however the authority of whoever is sponsored within the sector is still at the Head's discretion. They may find more influence by being sponsored within the sector, but it doesn't actually grant them any additional authority over others.» CHAIRMAN:
The executive authority within their division. Even executives can't necessarily dictate what happens within the divisions as the Sector Head is the reigning authority within it. Of course there are exceptions, especially in if some of the on-going operations or actions within a sector is not in the Order's best interests. That said, Sector Heads can decide the positions within their division, as there is not set structure of a division besides the Sector Head being in charge. These heads can decide what positions there are, the chain of command within it, so on so forth. Sector Heads can also reject anyone from a position within their sector, however they cannot reject people from joining the sector altogether if they are approved to join the organisation/if an executive places someone into the sector. No-one can be a Sector Head and be in another organisation, though as they decide who has what position within their sector, the unilateral allegiance of those persons are negligible.
Outside of personal nomination of stand-in, at the moment the Chain of Command goes:

The reasoning for this usual chain of command of executive authority is largely due to the responsibilities and need for focus. The SnD Sector Head is responsible for the infrastructure of the Order at home. Following is the RnD Sector Head as the ones which manage resource and supply logistics. Special Operations Chairman takes over thereafter mostly because the Vanguard Sector Head needs to be last, as their primary concern, especially in wartime, should always be on managing their division and leading the offensive force.
SECTORS» Support and Defense:
This sector has the most magic-based and tech-specialised medicinal experts. As the first-line homeland defense division, SnD is responsible for managing the security of the Order with their defense specialists. This sector manages Lux Orior's infrastructure, the hopsitals, prisons, police force, and even internal investigation crews. When foreign presences enter Lux Orior territory, SnD greets them, whether that be with force against aggressors and threats, or as diplomats welcoming allies into their home.» Research and Development:
As the name implies, this sector is responsible for the research and development of technology and magic. It houses not just inventors and innovators but craftsmen as a whole. Furthermore, this division manages the supplies of the organisations and the equipment, and in this sense it's known as the sector of resource logistics.
Vice Chairman: The second-in-command, whenever the Chairman isn't around, the Vice Chairman is the one in charge. For all intents and purposes, aside from the Chairman, the Vice is the highest authority in this sector.» Special Operations:
Head of Spellcrafting: The foremost authority on innovation and invention of magic, kido, and energy manipulation. If they can't perform it, then at least they are far and beyond expert-level knowledgeable on it. They lead the way on the relevant tasks, with only the Vice and Chairman above them.
Experimental Project Head: On equal authority with the Head of Spellcrafting, the Project Head is the leader in technological advancement. They far outstrip others in the Order on matters pertaining to science and the understanding of it. Only the Vice and Chairman are above them.
The Special Ops conducts secret operations not be known to the public eye. They perform tasks of the less agreeable variant, such as assassinations and infiltration. As the sector which manages information logistics, people which specialise in information and communications are most at home in this sector. Additionally, whilst they're most concerned with more private excursions, this is also the sector to join for the more adventurous types, as the Special Ops is usually where members are outsourced to different realms to help other organisations. For that reason, Special Operations also features the ambassadors that travel to other territories.» Vanguard:
The first-response team, first to arrive, first to make base, and first to aid. In public activities, the Vanguard is the sector which moves forward to help allies and defend locations outside of Lux Orior territories. This is where the general bulk of offensive military personnel find home, and are the primary means of official combat in wartime. The rest of the sectors are to support and supplement the vanguard on the battlefield.
All the sectors were purposefully broadened, allowing the presence of multiple kinds of people in their divisions. though there's clear paths to specialise in and be within the org, you can still be in basically all the divisions even without super specification/over specialisation. additionally, there's no need to have a dedicated magic/kido team since most of the time the kido team will just help the other teams. Kido specialists that want to develop kido magic can join research and technology; healing magicians can join medicine and support; magicians that want to go ham and attack can join the vanguard; ninja magical girls can join Special Ops.
