A new Arrancar is in the makes for the moment, his power will be listed below. You gave me the idea for it, so thought it would be a good Idea to at least let you see it before I try to post.

Astral Planes:The basic run of things, the worlds are connected into planes, Riven's power is to be able to move his energy and body through these realms. Disappearing and reappearing in a very quick fashion, energy such as Ceros for an example can be sent into the Astral Planes. To only return at a later date, at an angle and destination of Riven's choice. {Next Turn} Riven may remove himself from this plane sending him into the Astral Planes and coming out when he chooses, but he is limited on the length of time he can spend in that place. [3 Turns] He may select where he comes out at as well. He may take others to the astral planes if he so chooses, they must leave with him. Because if they do remain there the will end up in a different realm all together.

I hate to barge into Frost's thread for this, but Crow, that's something that's the basis of the Tendaikou. I'd look into them, as that sounds a lot like their abilities.

This concept was thought of while I was cooking dinner, rather then send it to a plane and have it return. The cero blasts would be sent forward several minutes in time and return as though being fired from that location, the power won't allow him to effect other things like other people. He can move slashes and cuts forward in time, meaning when their current time frame reaches that point the attacks happen. Basically coming from the same location they were fired from. I can type it up better later, but I may be able to do something with this instead of the planes thing. Just wanted to know if it was able to be done. It can use swords and so on, just sending them like a post ahead in time. Like let's say for example I slash my sword all over an area. I can make it so the effect of those slashes come back in a turn or two. The limit will be like up to five turns at max. Once the time hits the attack comes out.

Just as a reminder that I am still waiting for Zefonse Kaizme Resurrection template, which is one reason I am holding off from posting as him to test the gotei, since the factor "what if he wants to go Ress?"

I'll probably end up doing that template sometime over the weekend. I've just been taking out a shitload of other projects and I'll decide on a picture I want to use.

Also, not to make it seem like I ignored everyone, but since the last time someone posted in this thread? I believe most of the matters have been taken care of in the xat or site.

Eh, you might have to post something up in the site's suggestion board. However, at the moment, we aren't doing a bunch of new orgs unless it's for a new Quincy One or something else that is needed. So you'll need to get some backing + purpose for this new org if you want it to go through.
