- At the begining of each day, Jigoku charges these shoes with a portion of his Reitsu, once charged the shoes allow a 3x boost to his speed in all situations(yes even when he uses shunpo). However he cannot use it for longer then 3 posts or else he burns out the shoes and can no longer use them.
