Why Applying: Tōki has decided to join the Vanguard not because she wishes to protect Earth realm, but because she's incredibly bored with her life and believes that the organization can bring some fun into her life. She applied for Initiative because she didn't fit the requirements of a Dimir and thus it was the next best thing for her.
Qualifications: Does being able to sling elements around as if they were candy count?

Why Applying: With The Master of arms inactive and Hayden having been a focal point in pushing the intiative forward I feel like he would be a good option for this position- it gives him a bit more responsibility and allows him to start grooming himself for higher positions.
Qualifications: Battled Wolf and survived the encounter, participate in forest rivial, active in the shadowfall war, apart of Kamui special squad, and the only active initiative leader.
Other Comments: With the war thread going on or ending soon he'll be recieving a upgrade in terms of tier but even at his current one he makes a good 'lieutenant'. Hope this is considered. 2-2 currently

Notes: If possible, the Miyake family best work as a unit. Aside from their standard positions, could a special unit with just them be created for the Vanguard? It would not have a specific role, just involve them working together on whatever tasks.
