Dance of the Shifting Shadows [ Tento | Noharu ]

Tento's cheery entrance was met by a timely sight. This time it seemed the eighth division was in the middle of their training section! If that was a good thing or not that would be seen. He hated to disturb a serious moment for their squad. But on the other hand he was always one to enjoy training, heck, even just watching and taking things to bring back when he led training sections was enough.

There were a plenitude of familiar faces for him at this point. Tento had been over several times at this point that he had a few familiar faces or voices. One though, one that had a specific level of energy he could not recall sensing before from here, he was sure he did not know. A blonde one who seemed to be having a blast training against her squadmates. Taking the chance, he studied. Watched the shiftiness of their center mass, the footwork of their evasion, and the fluidity of their assault. Very nice, well taught and practiced. His bookish focus blinked away as the movement of a light skinned blonde beauty walked-up to him. Slim figured with a striking feminine look to each, wild hair which he assumed was from a string of intended spars. A bit of a modified shuhakusho that have a bit of a, ahem, view. But the real view he spotted that drew him was her body. He gave that warm smile as she settled before him. “No, not looking for someone. If y'all would have me I would be grateful to jump in”.

After speaking Tento would take a few quick glances over. Oneto the Second Division members giving out a thorough explanation. It drew his interest. However he could not deny that Noharu had his attention as well. Soft eyes of his turned sharp like a cat as he spotted them, layer after layer of scars like a panting other canvas body. Stories to be told, challenges faced, and death beaten time and again. A warrior's body and one that received respect from him. That, was done in modesty of course. Couldn't have a lady knowing he was looking at her too close at the jump of their first conversation after all. "How long have yall been going at it?", Tento said as his sharp observant eye turned back to his goofy laid back gaze.

Easy come easy go, his look bore fruit information to take. She was a beauty and a warrior. That was that though, and for all intents and purposes he was holding his eyes to her face after, a proper form of vision as he continued communication with her. “ I was not specifically referring to combat training”, Tento clarified after hearing Noharu’s words. “ There are many more pieces to a Shinigami then being one with their blade”, Tento said in that laid back voice of his as he gave a thought, today may have given an opportunity to him. He had been reading the Nine Yin manual that he was gifted by Hannah for some time now. With all combat duty and deployment until recently, he had not really gotten much time to physically do anything with it. Let alone practice more of his Kaido. “I would mostly like to get some socialization to be honest, I like talking to people when downtime is available to me, buy working on Kaido is not bad at the same time”, he said in a honest remark about what he was hoping to aim out again to another visit to the 8th division.

Following her gesture, Tento’s eyes went to the sidelines where a few members of their division were resting and talking. Well, that was good. He could just go over there, but that would be boring. He would rather be working on something while he did that. Maybe later though after he earned it more?? He turned back towards her question pertaining to his rank. He was not sure how she knew both as he did not think he had met her before, but he supposed there were some people of the eighth division were familiar about him. “Yeah, my name is Tento Zefa, new 5th seat of the Fourth Division”, he raised a hand after speaking. “Not itching, but I won’t turn down someone who can give me a good time or workout”, he said pretty matter of factually.

After doing so Tento would, for now, stay to the side while he listened to the Kaido instruction. He would hate to just jump in and ruin the flow they had going on right now. Eventually after a few minutes, if he was still like this. Noharu would sight Tento taking out a notebook before jotting down notes with a feathered pen that came from. WAIT WHERE DID HE GET THAT PEN?!?
