Now generally, dusky-colored cat preferred to run things au naturel; in fact chose to assume the form of a feline for the very reason of forsaking her usual threads. But today she had something to show, an achievement to rub into the faces of the unsuspecting, a big flag to wave screaming her ballad to the world. That is why she chose to bring the nostalgiac white cloak with her on her trip, though she could not wear it in this form, by any stretch of the imagination. Instead the haori trailed behind her like a heroic cape, whipping wildly through the air and trying to escape the rigid grip of the cat's jaw. She was dashing from rooftop to rooftop with no sense of urgency, but simply an air of high energy spurring her into the act of the Flash Step. Wind, the culprit trying to tear the Captain's traditional robe from its now rightful owner, tugged at the speckless pitch-dark fur in waves, some of the currents managing glide through the coating and caress the woman with cool wafts. The seemingly tranquil feelings punctuated with each landing, however delicate or brief each step was, as the feline form would pause for just a moment before disappearing from view yet again. It was almost like short-distance teleporting from point to point to point, though any Shinigami knew better. Flash Steps were simply so swift that they could not be traced by the naked eye, therefore causing the user's visage to abruptly disappear until they arrived at their destination. Such was the case with the black cat that now was jetting over the foundations of the ninth division; believe it or not, she possessed the illustrious title 'Goddess of Flash', marking her as the most proficient practicioner in the art of the Hohou, and no one was going to liberate that title from her as long as she graced these lands.

Some people didn't like her.

Yoruichi Shihouin, that she was. It was true, the noble clanswoman had taken her toll and made her mark on the history books of the Gotei 13, for once she had been one of the organization's Captains. She had actually toiled quite a bit and accomplished a tremendous feat for the good of the military force. It was a task she had utterly despised, but she had managed to combine her family's personal stealth force—the Onmitsukido—with the soldiers of the Gotei under one insignia, the Second Division. A mess of politics, attempted assassinations, and absurdly laborious paperwork; that's what the entire ordeal had consisted of. There was a reason back then why she had been in the Second Division, second to only Captain-Commander Yamamato himself... But in the end it was all worth it, and thanks to her protege Soifon, the union Yoruichi had orchestrated would solidify and remain in play even to this day. This was her role in the betterment of the military, and it had apparently garnered enough attention to attract an invitation from the Zero Division. She promptly refused. The action was as it was, in the past and old history. The issue was that it was all they would have to go off of when they first met the woman, and when that time came, they were in for some shocking revelations. The illusion depicting Yoruichi as a great and powerful Captain would be shattered when they witnessed the actual person behind the legend. 'She doesn't take things seriously. She slacks off too much. There's no way all those things happened.' They were just some of the things she knew people said behind her back, but it was marvelous she did not give two cents worth of concern to such thoughts, or otherwise she'd begin tearing her fur out.

Some Captains displayed the same attitude. They knew better—much better—but still became fairly aggravated with her antics. She rather enjoyed fooling around with the most easily-irritated of her companions. Having been recently reinstated into her old position of Captaincy in the Second Division, she had far more splendid opportunities to mess with them. Today, after having dumped her paperwork on her Vice Captain as per usual, Yoruichi's victim of choice was a young silver-haired boy within the Tenth Division, having made Captaincy a generation after her and managed to retain the spot up to the present fairly well. He was oft-referred to as the kid prodigy and was quite well blossoming into the title. He had a decent sense of duty much like her little bee, and could almost always be found at his office desk filling out the burdensome amounts of paperwork he was assigned. Again, her thoughts reiterated the statement of a fact, 'Some people didn't like her.' Toshiro Hitsugaya, as far as she knew, could be classified as one of those persons. And that, more than anything that moment, is what attracted Yoruichi into her objectionable attitude: The wooden barricade of the Tenth's office window would shatter into dozens of shards as they flew across the expanse of the room, some of them landing on the boy's desk and at least one ricocheting off of his head. As mid-morning light radiated throughout the previously moody room, a blurry white ball would soar into the room and crash into a towering stack of paper without any sense of mercy, toppling it and sending the once neat and organized area into a realm of disarray.

Thankfully though, the source of the chaos was no longer in motion: The white ball was now more clearly seen, appearing as a wrap of fabric with the Second Division's insignia prominent on its outer face, slightly wrinkled. Whatever was contained within the cloth was still moving, wriggling, squirming; a throaty grunt was uttered as the thing was struggling to escape from the prison of fabric, taking several long seconds. It was rolling around on his desk now, still incapable of freeing itself, until it finally seemed to forfeit its efforts and sit still. That was why when a woman literally exploded out of the clothing, it would become a very shocking and unspeakable experience, for a dark-skinned lady was now sprawled out over the boy's desk without any covering in any way, shape, or form. The Haori had unluckily been blown off the table by the rapid expansion, and offered no relief to the sight at hand. Yoruichi quickly sat up with a loud yawn, her violet hair falling along her shoulders and back without the normal hairband to tie it up. When she opened her eyes, she would come face to face with her quarry in her odd sitting position, feet up on the table and her legs spread wide so that there simply was no more to hide. And instead of displaying one single iota of embarrassment and trying to cover herself up after an honest mistake, she simply smirked and waggled her eyebrows at him, gulping in the delectible response that would no doubt be on his face. "Oi, Hitsugaya, just poppin' by to check on you and perhaps see what you're doing. Seems boring."

Not For The Faint Of Heart [Yoruichi, Hitsugaya] Tumblr_migxf2iSaq1raglmmo1_500

Tenth division was never known to be a very rowdy division. As such, there was never a disturbance of peace within their quarters. This peaceful setting allowed the captain of the division to work as long as he needed, allowing his mind to go into a state of tranquility when no one was around, including the times where his questionable vice captain neglected her duties by partying, leaving all of her paperwork to be completed by him. Once again, the day promised much peace, and when Hitsugaya entered his room, he knew almost certainly that there would be paperwork dotted across his entire workspace.

With an inward sigh, he quickly dressed himself, preparing himself for the day at hand. Preparations complete, Hitsugaya sat down and quickly organized the disheveled state of his desk. He sorted his paper work – which, of course, - was already completed to one side, while he placed Rangiku’s within the center, probably because he knew this would be longer than his own. Of course, that was a two-way street.

Being a captain, he was required to act with forbearance and eliminated any threat towards the Soul Society. His role as a captain also meant that he had to do his best, and complete his missions without fail. Paperwork was always expected; he knew that he had a job to do and he never complained or questioned it. But his main gripe is that Rangiku had no sympathy towards taking some of the load off his back.

Even now he surmised that she was either: A). Throwing a party; B). Convening with the women at the woman’s association; C). Drinking. He did at least admire her for her strong head, despite her lazy shortcomings. And besides, she was a longtime friend. No matter how much she made him upset, he still cared very much for the woman known as Rangiku Matsumoto.

In spite of their hard times, they always stuck together through thick and thin… and even if Hitsugaya could have a working vice-captain, he would turn the offer down in order to keep their bond. Of course, Rangiku was the last of his problems, surprisingly. Word on the street was, a new captain of second division had been appointed to someone who gave him a unsavory taste in the mouth. Yoruichi Shihouin. Any Shinigami versed in the way of Soul Society history would know of her just from the single utterance of the name. She was the goddess of flash, and a warrior who brought glory to the Omnitskudo.

He knew of her through word of mouth and Soifon’s undying infatuation… but he hadn't properly met her up until when she returned. And even then, he still did not enjoy being around her. She was worse than Rangiku. Rangiku at least had some semblance of respect when it was needed… but Yoruichi was like an uncontrollable fireball, unable to be doused by the waters of peacefulness and tranquility. When she is struggling with boredom, no one is safe from her antics. Of course, it also didn't help that she would tease him in much the same way as Rangiku, times a million. The only thing he could hope today was that she was busy—

But things are never that easy are they?

From the middle of nowhere, like an explosion, Yoruichi forewent the option of entering through the door, and smashed her way straight though the window of Hitsugaya’s quarters. The once neat and organized area had become a center of chaos and confusion. Hitsugaya jumped from his chair, his hand gripping the hilt of his Zanpakutō tightly. It was the appropriate reaction to someone entering through his office like that! But judging from what flew in, it didn’t seem like an Assassin was out to kill him. So… who was it? Wait… was his eyes registering things correctly?

Peering towards the white fabric on the table – embroidered with the insignia of the second division on its outer layer – he could see it moving, squirming, and struggling to release itself from the clothing that restrained it. What the hell? He heard an almost inconspicuous grunt emanating from the robe. And then it just stopped.

Moving his hand forward to see what was under there, at that moment, Hitsugaya would see a sight that would shake him to his very core and not in a good way either. From the captain’s robe, a dark-skinned woman exploded from the robe, appearing before him with not a sliver of covering to contain her curvaceous form. Most hormonal men would no doubt have blood shoot from their nose, and find their self enamored by the sheer awe of her well developed body… but Hitsugaya was not like those men.

Seeing Yoruichi sprawled out over his desk made his eye twitch, as he was unable to come to terms with the sight before him. Personally, he had never seen a woman in the nude, and if he did, not to this extent! But… even then, that was fine. It didn't perturb him that much until he stared down to where her legs where wide open, revealing her sacred treasure in full detail. “……Wha…..” His eyes traveled upwards and downwards, trying to register what was going on here.

Blood oozed from his nostrils ever so slightly, and his face had turned red in an instant… the signs of an aroused man… but no. Hitsugaya was not aroused. He was disturbed. Oh so very disturbed. She was not ugly by any means, so her body itself wasn't repulsive. It was the fact that she was bare, and had such a shameless expression about it!

Screaming to the top of his lungs, ignoring anything he said, Hitsugaya’s only reply to her arrival was… “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!?!?!?!? WHERE IS YOUR CLOTHING!?” Looking around frantically, Hitsugaya tried to retrieve the robe that flew off, but at this point, the only thing he could hope for is that no one else walked in on him in such a precarious position. If someone did enter, his problems would be even direr than a naked woman sitting shamelessly on his desk. Today is not your luck day, huh, Shiro-chan~?

It was perfect; she was expecting it, and so it was that much sweeter when the response finally came, a crimson tinge rocketing up his neck and coloring his face, and going as far as to overflow through his nose in the form of a small trickle. Accompanied by the inelegant screech that came from his mouth, the reaction was absolutely scrumptious. It was satisfying to the point in which Yoruichi couldn't hold back the glee that bubbled forth from her throat into fully-fledged laughter, loud and pronounced just like the woman herself. It was like a surprise celebration, with the still fluttering papers representing the confetti and the cacophony they were creating representing merriment of all parties involved. At first Toshiro looked confused at what was presented to him, but now it would appear that somebody had turned on the boy's wrath, which without a doubt would be Yoruichi. Having recieved the desired outburst, she casually closed her legs to conceal her lower lips once more, her knees pressing against her chest for the boy's sake as well. That left her glorious legs and gleeful face left to look at, and of course the air of a woman who was confident about her charm and appearance. Though, considering the factors, the Captain was probably still a virgin and unlikely to have seen such stark, unblemished skin before. The thought boiled up a giggle in Yoruichi's throat.

"Oh, Toshiro, so embarrassed with himself he can't even keep the blood in his cheeks! Was this your first time seeing lady parts? I don't mind if you look..." She trailed off on the last statement with a suggestive tone, smiling slyly as she did to make sure the intent was clear. But regardless, she would spin around on the boy's desk and scoot to the opposite edge of the furniture where she could see her modest white Haori lying on the ground in a wrinkled pile amongst the various sheets of paper that had scattered throughout the floor. Unluckily for Toshiro (or luckily depending on how you looked at the situation), the movement presented him with an unhindered view of the woman's backside. She looked back at him from this position to actually answer his blustering questions in her own debonair voice. "Clothing? I didn't bring any." She was rather frank, as if the answer was fairly obvious, but then she glanced back down to the floor where Toshiro couldn't see. In the most slow and deliberate fashion, she slid off of the table and bent over to collect the cloak from the ground. Then in one flowing movement the article of clothing was cast around her back like a cape billowing from her shoulders; her arms had managed to slide into the sleeves while the fabric slowly drifted down against her back from the neck to knees. Shrugging her shoulders to work herself into the clothing more comfortably, she pulled on the flaps to stretch out the wrinkles on her back and more evidently showcase the Second Division's insignia. "Except for this."

She finally turned around after she was sure the boy had gotten a good look at this revelation; the new Second Division Captain was Yoruichi Shihouin. However, the fact that she didn't quite wrap the individual folds of her Haori could have detracted from the full effect this announcement was supposed to have. Yoruichi was seemingly nonchalant about failing to cover up her breasts and womanhood, and continued the pace of the conversation irregardless. She crossed her arms, but unfortunately they only propped her bosom out more prominently. "So you see that? I'm back in my old threads again, the new Captain of the Second Division. That means work together as Captains, Toshiro, and what fun that'll be! By the way, I wasn't lying about what you were doing being boring. Why don't you just assign the work to your Vice-Captain so you can go out and have a little fun? That's what I do!" She boasted this with another swell of laughter. And really, it wasn't just a joke; Yoruichi did indeed throw most of the stacks of paperwork onto Zero, her current Vice-Captain. After all, it was the Captain's who did the majority of the fighting, so why didn't they deserve a decent break every once in a while? Personally, she already had enough to deal with outside of her office and away from that accursed desk. The Onmitsukido was almost individually handled by Yoruichi, and with the upcoming war she had training and reconnaissance to attend to, preparations and strategy to make, significantly more important than autographing each of the hundreds of Central 46 documents that pass through her desk every day.
