MORIKAWA MIZU

Though in the midst of battle, Mizu could not help but feel pleased with her opponent's complimentary boast. The fact it came in the same sentence as a declaration of her imminent defeat was irrelevant. "Well when I beat you Leone-san I will make sure everyone knows what a mighty foe you were! So there!" Rafaela's imitation of her armor was surprising, but Mizu knew nothing of her powers and wouldn't be caught off guard. Instead she stood her ground and prepared to match the woman's ferocity with some of her own homegrown gumption.

Having sprung forward herself, the gap between the two quickly shortened as they both ran with purpose. Mizu saw Rafaela envelop her weapon with energy and took a guess as to what was to come, and chose to respond in kind "Hadō #32: Ōkasen!" With one hand she caused an orb of yellow energy to materialize on her Zanpakuto which then spread along the weapon's edge, and with a flourish she sent this energy forth in an arc that would clash and collide with Rafaela's attack. The resulting explosion would cause Mizu to change direction and begin running perpendicularly and away from Rafaela. After changing direction she recast the same spell and fired off another arc of yellow energy at the woman, this time intent on hitting her with it.

Psychological Analysis
A peculiar individual who remains quiet much of the time, she does not have a strong aura which makes it easy for her peers to overlook her. She looks at the world through clouded eyes, a person who lived and lost meaning in life. As she lay dying on her deathbed she was ready to be united with God in Heaven, perhaps even Hell if she was a sinner. What awaited her was none of that though. It was all for nothing that she had lived her life of virtue and good will. How frustrating, how sad and how pathetic.

It was all meaningless from the beginning. Those regrets became the basis for her to descend into a hollow, Elissa relinquished trivial things that she had abided by before in her life. She discarded her values and morals, destroying the meaning of life that she had lived before. Elissa's views on things such as hope, faith and love are all nonsense. They are only blind attempts to give meaning to an otherwise meaningless existence.

She loathes things such as religion or when people speak of right and wrong. All of that is worthless to her and so she will often be found in meaningless acts of hedonism as she was prone to in Las Vegas under Yaksha, empty pursuits but able to keep her amused if for a brief period of time at least.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

An arrancar that appeared in the the 2000s as a member of Sosuke Aizen's army and making a deal with him to acquire the power of an arrancar and discard her hollow form. Elissa was the thirty-second arrancar to be made using the Hogyoku and remained a numeros for her time being little more than a foot-soldier compared to the upper echelons of the Espada and their fraccion.

Despite her rather lacklustre look of power, Elissa proved to be a competent soldier who lead a group of hollows to attack the region of Hokkaido and draw shinigami forces from Karakura Town to spread their manpower. Using the powers of her zanpakuto, she made a mockery of a couple of seated officers and unseated officers who were dispatched to deal with the threat that she posed. Her assault lasted up until the appearance of a vice-captain who dispatched the forces of hollows that she commanded and forced her to retreat.

Sinking back into the depths of Hueco Mundo and returning to Las Noches proved a mistake when she was further injured by falling rubble between the clash of Ulquiorra Cifer and Ichigo Kurosaki. Weeks later she was able to recover her strength enough to escape the entrapment caused by the two powerful souls' destruction.

There was little record of her since then, reappearing on the Gotei's radar after aligning with Yaksha and joining the hollow forces that made their home in Las Vegas until its destruction by Nagato's Espada. She remained there with the survivors up until Tier Harribel arrived and gathered the remaining hollows who aimlessly floated around the wrecked refuge. She has since followed her.

MORIKAWA MIZU

Had she not known she was diving headfirst into an ocean of danger Mizu might have been caught more off guard, but alas she was prepared to react, her senses already heightened by adrenaline. The moment she sensed, and then saw, the beastly kangaroo-like Hollow Mizu rapidly said a Shinigami spell's name "Bakudō #21: Sekienton!" Upon this declaration a sudden blast of crimson smoke would emanate from her left hand. This smoke would quickly expand to cover a wide area, in which Mizu would use her newfound camouflage to Flash Step out of Canguro's way.

Having little mercy for Hollows, as well as understanding the severity of the situation she found herself in, Mizu straightaway went on the offensive. As she said "#Hadō #32: Ōkasen!" her left hand summoned a glowing yellow orb of energy on her horizontally-held weapon before it fired off in a wide arc of destructive power. This energy would fly through the air aimed directly for the Hollow, clearing away the red smoke in the process, and could cause significant burns and injuries if it struck it's target. Against a fellow Shinigami or even a Quincy Mizu might show restraint, but a Hollow? She would slay it without holding back, her glinting golden eyes narrowed in fierce determination.

She took a deep breath and centred herself.

"Ye lord! Mask of blood and bone, wordly creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Light and Glory, the sky collapses, unleash all of your brilliance. Hadō #32. Ōkasen."

It was well... fine? Maybe it wasn't the most effective usage of energy, the odd flare here or unnecessary amount there but as far as one would deem. Makoto had achieved a small arc of golden flame that shot towards the target.

"How was that?"

"Well, perhaps you could judge my Shakkaho. It's one of the most basic spells and we're taught in the Academy as our first taste or a more advanced kido-- No wait, Okasen. It's a bit harder."

After mentioning the kido she wanted to try and perform. When asked about what specifically to look for Makoto gave a bit of thought before answering.

"I'd like you to judge my energy control Captain, so that I can begin studying more advanced techniques like two-fold incantation and incantation abandonment."

All that Makoto did now was wait for confirmation before she'd try and showcase a Hadō #32.

This will be the list of all Kido Techniques on the site, both Canon and Custom. This list will be composed in the way of all kido being in order by number and in the following format.

Note: When I organized the Custom Kido, I went from the last page to the most recent page, getting things chronologically. For this reason, if a Kido has a number that conflicts with the number of a Canon or Custom Kido that came before it, I simply put it under "Unknown Number". If you see one of your kido on the Unknown Number list and would like to assign it to an untaken number, just let me know and I'll make the appropriate changes.

Note #2: Before using one of these Kido in a thread, check to make sure it's a Kido that your character can use. If it's too high of a level for them, or if its specific to only one practitioner, do not use that kido.

Note #3(Added by Wan):The url hyperlink for each custom kido keys off the "Hadō" or "Bakudo" not the name of the kido itself.
