First: I still think having a General News Skype group would be a wonderful idea.

Second: We still have the Omnitsukido and etc. in the Gotei roleplayable locations. Do we want to keep them as they are, remove them, or give them a lore update? Most of them refer to the central 46. Is that a structure which still exists in the Gotei?

I might do that and experiment with it. If it's useful? I'll keep at it. If not? Into the trash it goes. So I'll put that in my memory. Gonna run it by staff and members, tho'.

Hm, I would probably say they need to be modified. Give me all the links and I'll make a skype group to determine where we'll go with them. As this is something I want more people for and I'll most likely grab those in the Gotei 13 for it.

NUMBER 1!!!! In the Human Template, where would my Dark Chi ability go? Would it go under Chi Abilities, or under Natural Abilities?

NUMBER 2!!!! Would it be possible to have two different VERSIONS of a spirit weapon for a Quincy? What I plan is for my soon-to-be Quincy, Vaerune, to have twin pistols as his spirit, but if he combines the Reishi and spiritual energy of the Spirit Weapons to create a Gatling-Gun, which grants him a few new abilities. I don't know if anyone has done this before, so I thought I would check in with you about it.

Yes.
