Kanna's face actually did shift to this innocent embarrassment as Snopy pat the top of her head and she heard Sumika giggle. With every passing moment, she was becoming more exhausted. She gave a small wave to Sumika as she was picked up and carried away. They went the second floor and by this time, Kanna was having a hard time keeping her eyes open. The next thing she knew, she was laying in a bed and was comfortable. She forced her eyes open and watched Snopy sit down on the bed. He removed his sandals and then did the same for her. "Thank you... and you don't have to cook anything. I'll be fine with something small." she said followed by a yawn. Snopy laid down and she turned to lay on her side, facing him. Suddenly he wrapped an arm around her and pulled her close. For a moment, her eyes became wide, but that quickly went away. She leaned into him. Hearing his next statement about her clothing, she smiled, knowing that he probably only minded if they fell in front of someone else. "Yeah... I'll get some new clothes... when I return to the Seireitei...." she said in reply to his statement, "It's.. not going... to be... the same with you.. gon-....." Kanna practically passed out in his arms, naturally cuddling into his warmth. Her eyes lightly closed, the young woman was pulled into a deep sleep, her hair falling over her face, her hands clinging to him. She was at peace with him. Everything had come together with the arrival of one person, the change in both of them, and a bit of serious conversation. Nothing could have gone better than this.
